My son got married at The House and I cannot say enough about how wonderful everything and everyone was. They made sure the bar area on the first floor was empty for the ceremony, and we had the upstairs for the bride prior to the ceremony and a private dinner after. The host/manager, Adrian, was wonderful. The staff was also wonderful. And I cannot say enough about the food. Whether my guests had the soup or salad, cod, burger, chicken or lasagna, everyone raves about the taste, quality, portion size. I had the lasagna and can personally tell you it was amazing! Desserts were the same. The selection of wine and beer was exceptional. We were 25 people, and those who live in the city said they’d be back. That should say it all. Highly recommend The House!!
First time here. Came to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday celebration! It was a group of us..We were greeted by a kind and beautiful staff...Service was personal and professional. The food was amazing! Started with appetizers.. Delish...Then moved on to main courses. The waiter suggested the short ribs of beef. .Outstanding! The wine was divine. The manager was gorgeous! Sending her an early birthday shout out!! I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a romantic night out or a gathering. Very close to transportation. Thank you " House" for an amazing dining experience!
Came here for my daughter's birthday for tea and our yummy chocolate mousse dessert was brought out with a candle without me saying anything! Talk about great service! Food was delicious, could not finish it all. Loved the buttermilk scones! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will come back again! I didn't have a cocktail, but they looked amazing.
